The Westbrook School Department is seeking a permanent, full-time Regular Education Ed Tech III at Westbrook Middle School, beginning immediately.
About the position:
WMS is seeking an energetic, positive educator dedicated to teaching early adolescents. This position will be part of the school's Student Sucess Center, a team of Ed Techs who work with students on academics and social emotional skills. The Student Success Center is at the heart of the school's restorative practices. Students who attend the Student Success Center may be there to work on school work they missed while they were absent, mediate a conflict with another student or just take a scheduled break from class. The focus is on developing strong relationships with students and helping them find success in the public school environment.
Maine State Department of Education Educational Technician III certification requirement. This position is available to begin immediately.
