POSITION
SUMMARY:
Behavior Analyst –
Conducts descriptive and systematic (e.g., analogue) behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results. The behavior analyst designs and supervises behavior analytic interventions.
Behavior Specialist -
Assists Educational Learning Center in the design and implementation of child-specific individualized intervention plans; conducts behavioral assessments; assist with program design, data collection and monitoring.
MAJOR
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Behavior Analyst -
Develops and implements appropriate assessments and behavioral intervention methods for use in unfamiliar situations and for a range of cases; consults and provides staff training to support intervention plans at school and community; provides technical support and in-service training programs for teachers and other staff on applied behavioral analysis; maintains a caseload of students supported at the site; and provides regular service reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with implementation of behavior plans.
Behavior Specialist -
Assists in developing and implementing appropriate assessments and behavioral intervention methods for use in unfamiliar situations and for a range of cases; provides feedback on behavioral assessments, interventions, and strategies; provides technical support and in-service training programs for teachers and other staff; consults and provides staff training; provides regular service reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with implementation of behavior plans under the guidance of the Behavior Analyst; maintains a caseload of students supported at the site; and serves as a liaison between Educational Learning Center and other agencies.
EDUCATION
AND
EXPERIENCE
:
Behavior Analyst
- Master’s Degree required and must have or be willing to obtain Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification. Valid driver’s license required.
Behavior Specialist
- Associate’s Degree and extensive experience in a job related field or Bachelor’s degree with moderate experience in a job related field. Valid driver’s license required.
CONTRACT/SALARY
:
This full-time (185-day) position begins on August 6, 2025, for the 2025-2026 school year. Behavior Specialist salary range of $49,962 to $71,158. Behavior Analyst salary range of $63,076 to $89,836. POSITION
SUMMARY:
Founded in 2019, SWWC’s the READY Clinic is committed to providing high quality early intervention services for children 7 and younger diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related condition. We offer individualized, family-driven services in 4 clinic locations in the region. Services at The READY Clinic help our clients achieve greater independence and get READY for learning in new environments. The Behavior Therapy Assistant works with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and helps carry out plans to teach new skills and reduce behaviors. The Behavior Therapy Assistant will help to support kids and families by creating a safe learning space for those in early intervention programs.
MAJOR
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The Behavior Therapy Assistant interacts with clients based on their personalized treatment plans. They watch for and redirect any inappropriate behavior. Their job includes putting into action plans to teach new skills and reduce certain behaviors. They use various teaching methods and techniques, such as discrete trial teaching and naturalistic teaching. Additionally, they implement strategies like reinforcement and discrimination training. The assistant also helps with tasks like collecting data and provides training for families. They keep detailed notes on progress and sessions and are prepared to handle crises and emergencies following the protocol. When necessary, they assist clients in developing everyday skills like dressing, eating, toileting, and other daily living skills.
EDUCATION
AND
EXPERIENCE
:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and high school diploma or GED is required;
Relevant experience working with the ASD population also preferred, but not required.
CONTRACT/SALARY
:

POSITION SUMMARY
: The COMPASS Regional Supervisor will have demonstrated ability to supervise teams and coordinate their work to provide cohesive statewide aligned guidance, professional learning, and flexible support. The COMPASS Regional Supervisor will have demonstrated success in change leadership with a focus on equitable outcomes. This position will be assigned up to 185 days which will include COMPASS Supervisor work and/or assigned Teaching and Learning duties within any programs as determined by the Senior Director of Teaching and Learning.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Ensure alignment of COMPASS regional work to support school districts, charter schools, and tribal schools through the continuous improvement process.
Serving as a member of a Statewide COMPASS Supervision Team.
Attending COMPASS Regional Supervisor professional learning provided by MDE staff.
Participating in consultation and coaching provided by MDE.
Supervise the COMPASS Regional Team members, including the Literacy Lead, Math Lead, MnMTSS Lead, and School Improvement Team, and others as directed.
Ensuring alignment of the COMPASS regional team to MDE and MSC leadership team guidance and direction.
Lead communities of practice with regional colleagues.
Ensure team members working within the same district are communicating to provide integrated and coordinated support to districts and schools.
Will be assigned to oversee the day-to-day operations or oversee Teaching and Learning programs as assigned;
An assignment will depend upon experience, qualifications and skills the selected candidate brings to the table.
Provides leadership and assists in complying with District, State and Federal rules/regulations;
Provides good public relations and customer service with member districts, staff, students, families and the
general public
;
Leads regularly scheduled staff meetings;
Collaborates with educational partners both internal and external including but not limited to member districts, grant partners, other service cooperatives, and the Minnesota Department of Education;
Follows all policies and regulations;
Regular and prompt attendance is essential; and
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in general education, school psychology or related field required, master’s degree in education related field preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a PreK-12 education with at least two years in a school or district leadership position required. Licensed school or district administrator preferred but not required. Significant experience with leading systems level change through stage based planning and strategic implementation coaching adults, training educators, continuous improvement, providing technical assistance to others and providing coaching feedback to improve school, district, regional and system outcomes is preferred. Valid Driver’s License.
CONTRACT/SALARY:

Monitor student attendance and work collaboratively with social workers and county staff to resolve truancy concerns.
Act as the site contact for managing the student referral process and summer school programming.
Attend IEP meetings as the administrative designee.
Implement and enforce all policies and regulations as required by the agency and applicable laws.
Regular and prompt attendance is essential to the role.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred; with considerable experience as a teacher; Minnesota licensure as teacher required; valid driver’s license required.

Placement within the Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) region. This position would be responsible for facilities agency-wide.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Facility Manager is responsible for planning and supervising maintenance and repair work. This position would also include operational elements such as budgeting, capital expense planning, lease management, landlord communication, space management and simply ensuring all site directors have the resources they need for their facility to be successful. Facilities management includes all of the on-going maintenance repairs that need to be completed regularly.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
:
Oversee daily maintenance and custodial operations, including staff supervision, training, compliance with regulations, and project management.
Acts as Health & Safety Coordinator, collaborating with staff, consultants, and agencies on safety, code compliance, and emergency management. Conducts inspections and coordinates training programs.
Manages budgets, working with the Director of Finance on operating costs, capital projects, and expense monitoring.
Oversees fleet maintenance, including repairs and vehicle replacement planning.
Coordinates construction and renovation projects, managing bids, contracts, and contractor performance.
Manages maintenance contracts and repairs for all owned and leased facilities, ensuring quality control and vendor compliance.
Tracks leases, including renewal and notice dates, and serves as the primary liaison with landlords.
Ensures health and safety compliance in coordination with third-party groups and oversees strategic facilities planning.
Maintains capital expenditure and long-term facilities plans, ensuring compliance with MDE requirements.
Supports IT team in maintaining building security systems, including cameras and door controls.
Maintains fire and security system protocols and updates monitoring companies as needed.
Performs maintenance repairs as needed and ensures facility needs are addressed.
Prepares reports, contracts, and related documents.
Ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

DUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree (A.S., A.A.) or two year technical certificate in related field; and 3 years of experience; A minimum of 5, preferably 8 years of experience in a senior role. Boiler certification preferred.Valid driver’s license required.
