The South Routt Elementary School is located in Yampa, CO and the SOROCO Middle and High Schools are located in Oak Creek, CO. With an average of 350-400 students, Pre-K thru 12th grade, teachers at South Routt schools enjoy small class sizes and more personable teaching experiences.
?Qualifications for teaching positions can include:
- Colorado Dept. of Education (CDE) Teaching License; or
- Transferred Teaching License from another state; or
- Bachelor’s Degree and a CDE Alternative License; or
- Applicable work experience and a CDE Adjunct License.
- For Substitutes, Para Professionals and Preschool Staff, HS education, experience with kids and work experience
- Background checks are required for all school staff
