WMS - Play Director (Category 3)
Qualifications:
Has knowledge of developmental stages of children
Is dependable, punctual and highly organized
Demonstrates a deep understanding of the content of the activity
Job Goal:
To build and maintain a successful drama program
Responsibilities:
Teach performing techniques, including, but not limited to: acting, improvisation, style and stage deportment.
Provide necessary materials (scripts, costumes,props, sets) to support a performance.
Schedule and conduct rehearsals and performances for the public in coordination with the Music Director.
Coordinate efforts of parents to assist with publicity, programs, and costumes.
