Special Education Teacher
At Center Woods Elementary School (CWES), we are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive. As a special education teacher at CWES, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team of educators to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.We are seeking a full-time Special Education teacher. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in all tiered levels of instruction, have the ability to utilize data to implement research-based instruction and programs, a capacity to support students with varied academic and behavioral needs and be familiar with competency-based learning. In addition, candidates should have the ability to collaborate with multiple departments, as well as a strong working knowledge in special education law, procedures, and developing IEPs.
Qualified candidates must possess a NH certification, or a Statement of Eligibility (SOE), as in General Special Education (1900). Dual certification in regular education preferred.
