Job Description
 
• Teach digital citizenship, research, and library skills across to all classes K-3
• Manage library media center as a hub of research, learning, and creativity
• Develops a climate that encourages students, teachers and administrators to take full advantage of technology resources
• Provides programs to reinforce an interest in problem solving and real world application of 21^st century skills
• Encourages student interest in and use of varying forms of media (computers, digital equipment, and Internet)
• Design and implement technology lessons for grade 2 classes
 
Skills/Knowledge preferred
 
• Knowledge of ELA/SS/Library/ISTE standards
• Proficiency of various Web 2.0 tools, including Google, that will enhance student learning
• Skilled collaborator
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for literacy
