    •   We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and dynamic Parents as Teachers (PAT) Educator to work directly with families, providing home visits, group connections, and support tailored to each family’s unique needs. As a PAT Educator, you will help parents understand child development, implement effective parenting strategies, and ensure that families have access to community resources.

    Our Parents as Teachers (PAT) program provides families with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to foster healthy development in their children from prenatal through age five. We believe in the power of early education and work collaboratively with parents to create a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
