Premier Reserve Teachers are substitute teachers who agree to follow an assigned annual calendar as identified by the district for casual daily substitute assignments during the school year.
 

Qualifications:
Any valid teaching license, including a short call sub license

Compensation: $210.00 per day
Stipend: $20 per day stipend for successfully completing the full school assigned calendar

We are committed to hiring teachers with a current Minnesota State teaching license or a two-year short call license who are willing to serve as substitutes to continue quality learning in the classroom when the regularly assigned teacher is not available. Salary schedule: 

Full Day: 
• $150/day - Licensed Teachers and Limited Short Call Subs first year in Richfield
• $160/day - Licensed Teacher and Limited Short Call Subs who worked more than 30 days in the prior school year

Half Day: 
• $90/day - Licensed Teachers and Limited Short Call Subs first year in Richfield
• $100/day - Licensed Teacher and Limited Short Call Subs who worked more than 30 days in the prior school year
 
Friday Full Day:
 $170/day - Licensed Teachers and Limited Short Call Subs first year in Richfield
- $180/day - Licensed Teacher and Limited Short Call Subs who worked more than 30 days in the prior school year
 
Friday Half Day: 
• $100/day - Licensed Teachers and Limited Short Call Subs first year in Richfield
• $110/day - Licensed Teacher and Limited Short Call Subs who worked more than 30 days in the prior school year
 
Checks are issued on the 5th and 20th of the month (after a one-month delay). All work performed on the 1st-15th of the previous month will be paid on the 5th; work performed on the 16th-31st of the previous month will be paid on the 20th.

Richfield uses the AESOP substitute teacher calling system.
