12-Month Administrative Assistant - Technology Department/Registrar
Position to begin July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
This role is for a detail-oriented individual to serve as a Central Registrar/Technology Department Administrative Assistant, providing crucial support for new student registration processes across all levels, working closely with district leadership to streamline procedures from initial inquiry to enrollment. This multifaceted role also involves assisting the District Data Coordinator with 3rd party vendor exports and mandated State and Federal data submissions, and providing essential administrative support to the Technology Department, including overseeing the PaySchools platform (including fee management and user support), budget assistance, purchase order management, communication, device distribution, and license tracking, all while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
This 12-month REA-affiliated position is aligned to the Central Office Salary Guide.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Detail-oriented with knowledge of Realtime Student Database, Frontline, and Google Suite preferred.
