Elementary School Administration Intern - Parkwood Elementary School - 2025-2026 Position Type:
The administrative intern supports students and staff and develops building-level administrative skills by assisting and collaborating with the building and district administrative team. The administrative intern engages with building leadership responsibilities, building management tasks, works with students based on the procedures outlined in the Pattonville School District Behavior Guide, assists with certified and support staff related matters, as well as other duties as assigned.
The elementary administrative intern role is organized as a two to three-year position and is intended to develop and support the leadership and growth of aspiring building principals along with supporting students and staff. Unless the administrative intern position is extended at a specific school location beyond a two to three-year cycle, the administrative intern will return to an open classroom position within the Pattonville School District at the conclusion of the internship. The administrative intern is an administrative position and functions as a member of the Pattonville School District administrative team. Salary Structure/Work Schedule:
Reports to the building and district administration Candidates that have signed a contract for the 2025-26 school year need to check with their district prior to applying to ensure they can be released from their contract if they are recommended for the position.
Senior Accounting and Data Analyst - Business Office Position Summary: The Senior Accounting and Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting the district’s financial operations and compliance reporting. This position is responsible for independently managing confidential accounting tasks related to the district’s budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting functions. In addition, the role coordinates and submits required state and federal compliance data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all regulations. The Senior Accounting and Data Analyst reports directly to the Director of Finance and works closely with the Chief Financial Officer, providing critical support and analysis to guide financial decision-making and maintain fiscal integrity. The primary responsibility of this position is to work directly with students. This is a specialized position that requires knowledge of the instructional processes, technology applications, and library services. The LMS will provide leadership and expertise required to ensure that the library media program is aligned with the mission, goals, and objectives of the school and is an integral component of the school’s instructional program. The LMS is required to hold a valid Library Media Specialist certificate. The school principal(s) serve as the supervisor(s) for the LMS. The LMS may expect significant levels of support from the Teaching & Learning and Technology departments.

Work Schedule Summary:
Position Responsibilities:
Provide instructional guidance/support and implementation of behavior interventions for middle school students that have been placed in-school suspension
Assist with the development and monitoring of student behavior plans
Communicate with students, parents, teachers, and appropriate school personnel regarding students placed in in-school suspension
Perform general record keeping and clerical functions (e.g. attendance logs, program reports, etc.)
Collect and report program related data
Assist school counselors with character education programming and instruction;
Periodically supervise grade level classrooms
Other duties as assigned such as filling in for building needs when ISS supervision is not needed
Ability to organize, prepare, and implement lessons and associated materials
Thorough knowledge of the methods, techniques, and procedures used in teaching
Desire to work with and educate children needing additional guidance and support
Strong interpersonal skills and patience
Experience with conflict resolution techniques/strategies
60 college credit hours (education related courses preferred)

District Technology Specialist - Pattonville High School - 2025-26 School Year
Summary of position: The primary responsibility of the District Technology Specialist (DTS) is to work directly with teachers. The DTS is a specialized position that requires knowledge of instructional processes, technology applications, and professional development techniques. The DTS primarily serves the high school but may perform district-wide tasks as necessary. It is anticipated that the DTS will spend the majority of their time at the high school. As a certified staff member, the DTS will be supervised by the building principal or designee.
