• Must be a current employee of Paterson Public Schools.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, parents, and community.
• Must be proficient in Google Classroom including recording each session.
• Model a growth mindset about new teaching and learning techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character.
• Must be acritical thinker, problem solver and respect others.
