Qualifications:
  
• Must be currently employed by Paterson Public Schools
• Must be able to work all scheduled days of the program
• New Jersey Principal or Supervisor certificate.
• Must coordinate the program and activities as per requested.
• Review the School’s Emergency Procedure.
• Review each student’s registration form with emergency numbers.
• Ensure teachers and students keep to the program schedule.
• Knowledgeable with the Kronos system.
• Prepare compensation forms and match to Kronos.
• Track and monitor student attendance on a Google sheet.
• Call student families to ensure student participation.
• Monitor and track the pre and post assessment and provide an analytical statement at the end of the program.
• Reconcile timesheets against attendance tracking system
• Must be well organized, detail oriented, computer literate, and analytical
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character
• Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and respectful of others
• Must complete all tasks assigned to run a successful program
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community
