Qualifications:
• Must be a current employee of Paterson Public Schools, preferably located at School 2 or School 16
• Must have a Supervisor Certificate or Principal Certificate issued by the NJDOE
• Minimum of one (1) year experience with providing supervision for school programs
• Knowledge of the structure and goals of the 21st Century Program
• Experience in implementing project-based learning and interdisciplinary activities, preferably in the areas of science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM)
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate various program components
• Experience working with parents and community members
• Familiarity with data collection and the willingness to collect data on various student activity categories on a daily basis
• Willingness to work during program days and hours (M — F 3pm-6pm and approximately 5-6 weeks in Summer 2025)
