What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to support students’ learning and development.
Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students in a K-12 setting.
Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom culture that promotes the social, emotional, and academic growth of every student.
Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to create a cohesive support system for students.
Provide regular progress reports and celebrate each student’s achievements, no matter how big or small.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (or related field); Master’s degree a plus.
Valid state certification in Special Education (PK-12). Will consider PK-8
Passion for working with students of all abilities and backgrounds.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and adaptive classroom environment.

Master's Degree: $63,028 (starting step)
Master's + 15: $63,173 (starting step)
Master's + 30: $70,400 (starting step)
Master's + 45: $73,359 (starting step)
Master's +60: $76,591 (starting step)
Doctorate: $84,312 (starting step)
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
188 days per year, 7 hours 20 minutes per day, 5 days per week
