Qualifications:
Valid PA state certification in Elementary K-6; Grades 4-8; Grades 5-6 (with a PK-4 certification)
Passion for working with students of all abilities and backgrounds.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and adaptive classroom environment.

Master's Degree: $65,237 (starting step)
Master's + 15: $70,372 (starting step)
Master's + 30: $72,578 (starting step)
Master's + 45: $75,635 (starting step)
Master's +60: $78,926 (starting step)
Doctorate: $86,677 (starting step)
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
188 days per year, 7 hours 20 minutes per day, 5 days per week
