SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST
 
The Oceanport Board of Education has an opening available for a School Psychologist effective September 1, 2025.   
 
Required Certifications:
 
• New Jersey School Psychology Certificate.
 
Successful Candidates Must Possess the Following:   
 
• Hold a Master’s Degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university.

• Have excellent integrity and initiative.

• Have excellent experience in working with children and adolescents.

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, learning assessment and diagnosis, psychological research related to learning, group and individual counseling.

• Experience with high risk children and adolescents.

• Experience in providing evidence-based treatment to a diverse population.

• Ability to connect and recommend appropriate community resources to students and families.

• Working knowledge of evaluation tools such as WISC V
