North Allegheny School District seeks interested candidates for custodial positions.  Applications for Custodial positions are accepted year-round and applicants may be contacted if/when a position becomes available. 

The Custodian position is the entry level position for the District.
Starting pay is $18.50/hour. 
Upon completion of training, you will be considered for a full-time position.
The full-time custodian is eligible for sick, personal and vacation days, paid holidays, individual benefit package and state pension plan.
 
 
 
Minimum Requirements include:
Valid Driver’s License
Child Abuse History Clearance
PA Criminal Record Clearance
FBI Fingerprint Clearance
Mandated Reporter Training
Successful Candidates will be required to take a pre-employment drug test and TB test.

North Allegheny School District seeks candidates to fill a Maintenance Level I - Carpentry & Lockmsith position in the Facilities Department.  The Maintenance Level I - Carpentry & Locksmith position will be responsible for all aspects of constructing, repairing and maintaining structures and systems such as walls, partitions, furniture, doors, locks and other parts of all school buildings; implementing and maintaining carpentry maintenance services within guidelines and standards; using hand and power tools according to written and oral instructions. 

Schedule is Monday-Friday, hours as needed. 
Starting Rate of pay is $30.75/hour.

Current clearances are required and include:
• Child Abuse History Clearance
• PA Criminal Record Check
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance
• Mandated Reporter of Child Abuse Training

The seasonal summer custodian will assist with cleanliness of the buildings and grounds through a comprehensive cleaning according to an establish scheduled.
The seasonal summer custodian will work to provide a safe, clean physical facility for the educational program, while meeting the standards of North Allegheny School District.
 
Hours will be 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
 
Seasonal Summer Custodial positions are available from May 2025 – August 2025.
Starting rate is $13.00/Hour - 40 hours max per week
 
Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 16 years of age - work permit required if still in High School.
 
Experience with technology devices and basic computer skills
