The North Allegheny School District seeks candidates for a Purchasing & Fixed Asset Coordinator in the Business Office who isresponsible for coordinating and processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the district's purchasing, inventory, and other business office functions. 

Minimum Requirements:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field or comparable relevant work experience.

Current clearances are required and include:
• Child Abuse History Clearance
• PA Criminal Record Check
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance
• Mandated Reporter of Child Abuse Training
• Successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment Physical and TB Test.
The anticipated start date is ASAP. Full benefit package available.  The salary range is $50,000-$55,000.

Summer 2025 Interns (Two Positions Available)

The Technology Services Intern will help with projects and equipment replacement. Projects may include configuration of iPads, laptop provisioning, and general maintenance of technology infrastructure points of presence. Interns will get a hands-on feel for enterprise level system imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting while working in a team-oriented environment. Some heavy lifting may be involved.
 
Hours will be 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
 
Technology Services Intern positions are available from June 9, 2025 – August 15, 2025.
 
Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
 
Experience with technology devices and has basic computer skills
Current clearances are required and include:

• Mandated Reporter of Child Abuse Training
