  Methacton School District is seeking an Inclusion Facilitator at Arrowhead Elementary School (grades K-4).

Summary of Position:
The inclusion facilitator, under the direction of the Building Principal and Elementary Supervisor of Special Education, will assist with the implementation of special education inclusive practices K-4.  
The Inclusion Program Facilitators will provide individualized school-based support for students with emotional or behavioral needs and will serve as a core member of the building’s MTSS team (similar in scope to a reading specialist). 
The Inclusion Facilitator will help support students in their least restrictive environment. 
They will develop and implement an effective educational program for students assigned to their caseload. 

Qualifications:
1  Appropriate Pennsylvania Teaching certification 
2. Knowledge of effective behavior support strategies
3. Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
4. Outstanding dependability, initiative, creativity, and decision-making skills 
5. Proficient in managing and using data to guide decisions for student programs 
6. Knowledge of IDEA, Pennsylvania Core Standards and PA special education regulations 
7. Ability to secure all relevant and necessary clearances
