QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
 
• Prior coaching experience
• Knowledge and background in Softball
• Some experience with a weightlifting program
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
 
• Coach individual participants in the fundamental skills necessary for excellent achievement in Softball
• Work closely with lower-level programs for consistency of techniques taught and on all aspects of the program
• Develop community relationships that are positive for TC Athletics
• Develop players for the next level
• Help with fundraising projects
• Accountable for all team equipment, supplies, and inventory
• Develop a program/team of class and character
• Develop good people, not just good athletes
• Work within the basic framework and philosophy of the school district
