JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist Site Manager with the safe preparation of meals and meal service at the service site.
• Ensure that all meals served are complete and meet the meal pattern requirements.
• Ensure that all children are served in accordance with regulations set out by the State Department of Education and USDA for the Summer Food Service for Children.
• Coordinate with the Site Manager and Summer Feeding Program Supervisor/Monitor in meeting the needs of the children participating in the program.
• Supervise children gathering at school grounds prior to, during and immediately following the close of the daily program.
• Enforce behavior rules for participants in the program and visit/supervise children during service time and encouraging a pleasant environment in the eating area.
• Attend to the general maintenance of the feeding area upon completion of meal service.
• Other duties may be assigned by the Site Manager and/or Program Supervisor/Monitor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the safe preparation of meals and ordering of food and supplies for individual feeding site (participation will vary from site to site).
• Supervise daily service of meals at feeding site in accordance with regulations set out by the State Department of Education and USDA.
• Accurately record the number of complete meals and ensure that all meals served meet the meal pattern requirements.
• Complete daily required records in accordance with regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate with site assistants in completing daily service records.
• Responsible for supervision of site assistants.
• Responsible for maintaining physical feeding site with assistance from site assistants.
• Other duties may be assigned by the Program Supervisor/Monitor.
