L.E.A.S.E. is seeking a talented individual with the ability and desire to support student with disabilities with behavioral needs.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments to assist the team in developing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
Assist in the implementation of Behavioral Intervention Plans.
Collect and summarized behavior data for the purpose of assessing and monitoring student progress
Provide modeling and feedback to educational staff in the implementation of evidence based behavioral and instructional practices.
Provide professional development trainings to educational staff on evidence based behavior management strategies and other topics as needed.
Develop transition plans for students returning to their home school districts. Assist and coach districts with the implementation of these plans.
Provide support for districts seeking assistance with behavioral needs of students.
Actively participate on various educational teams to support proactive and responsive behavioral interventions to support students with challenging behaviors.
Qualifications:
Special Education, social worker, or school psychology degree required.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, or in process of obtaining.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with staff.
Ability to work independently and prioritize and tasks for self and others.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Critical thinking skills and problem solving.

School Psychologist
– full time beginning August, 2025. Licensure as required by the State of Illinois. The qualified candidate will have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with an endorsement in School Psychology. Prior experience is preferred.
Duties-
Conducts psychological evaluations for multiple school districts within the cooperative. Leads domain and eligibility determination and/or three-year evaluation conferences. Conducts FBA’s and advises on BIP plans. Interprets assessment data and eligibility criteria to school personnel, parents, and other concerned professionals. Serves as a resource person conferring with teachers and parents whenever necessary regarding the various disabilities areas. Consults and collaborates with staff, students, and parents/guardians regarding response to intervention and strategies for behavior and/or learning—counseling, and in-service training. School psychologists also assist districts with crisis response procedures, including the completion of risk assessments, and are members of school behavioral threat assessment and management teams.
