    Description:  Transfer Coordinator, Full Time Faculty (Tenure Track)

    Position Summary:  Reporting to the Dean of Student Success, the Transfer Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining full institutional participation in the Illinois Articulation Initiative (IAI). Through partnering with academic Deans, faculty, and program coordinators, the Transfer Coordinator will maintain articulation and transfer agreements with 4-year universities and explore opportunities for growth. This position also serves as the primary relationship manager for the College with representatives from iTransfer and the university partners.

    QUALIFICATIONS:  1. Bachelor’s Degree in college student personnel, higher education administration, counseling or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred. 2. At least 3 years of experience working in an institution of higher education required; community college advising and/or university transfer center experience preferred. 3. Strong organizational and communication/public speaking. 4. Ability to travel to offsite locations required. 5. Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and effectively execute multiple initiatives within deadlines required. 6. Ability to work as a team player and with individuals with diverse backgrounds required. 7. Experience working with MS Office required; ERP preferred.

    Working Conditions:  Office environment on main campus, with some travel required
