Major Duties and Responsibilities:
 
1. Assist in loading and unloading of pupils on bus.
 
2. Maintain order on the bus while enroute to and from school to allow the drive to perform his/her duties with less distractions in a more safe and timely manner.
 
3. Consistent enforcement of safety rules and extra attention to maintain proper behavior on the bus.
 
4. At times it may be necessary to physically restrain a pupil who is engaged in inappropriate behavior that potentially endangers the safety of that student or others.


Terms of employment – 10 months

Evaluation – Performance of this job will be evaluated with statute, board policy and contract agreement.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

An employee in this class is employed to provide secretarial and clerical assistance to the principal and his staff.  The work of the employee involves the assumption of responsibility in the maintenance of agreed upon records, and the preparation of required reports.  Although skilled typing is necessary to the performance of duties, the taking and transcribing of dictation normally is minimal and the requirement of this skill is at the option of the principal.  Emphasis of the work is upon relieving the principal of routine clerical tasks and upon maintaining effective public relations with parents, teachers, children and school visitors. Supervisin is received from the principal of the school.

1. Receives and routes incoming calls and correspondence.
2. Maintain official records and accurately complete reports from such records.
