Substitutes needed to work on a per diem basis.
Work schedule varies based on need.
Hours vary in 4 hour shifts:  6 a.m. – 10 p.m.
No benefits

SUMMARY:  Keeps the school building in such a state of operating excellence that it presents no problems or interruptions to the educational program.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Other duties may be assigned.
 
• Cleans and preserves designated spaces, equipment etc in the building.
• Restocks disposable items and provides head custodian with inventory usage and data.
• Assists visiting public utilizing the facilities with directions within the building and in obtaining and setting up needed equipment.
• Assists in maintaining seasonal grounds work (snow, lawn, pick-up, etc.).

Selection process: Not all applicants will receive an interview.
If selected, candidates for position face a rigorous selection process.
Candidates must pass all components of the selection process to be hired that includes a written examination, physical test, and several other components intended to verify the applicants’ eligibility and measure if the applicant possesses the ability to perform the duties of a school custodian.
