    •   Description:
      Greenwood District 52 has received a Federal Grant to employ academic tutors in the area of ELA and Math.  Interested applicants should possess at a minimum a GED or high school diploma and be able to teach small groups of students.  Tutoring hours are flexible. Certified tutors will be paid $50.00 per hour, and non-certified tutors will be paid $25.00 per hour.  All areas of SC teaching certification are acceptable. Selected candidates must be able to pass background checks and have a clear TB test result.  The deadline for applications is Friday, August 30 at 5:00 p.m.  Employment will begin the week of September 9, 2024.
