GENERAL DESCRIPTION: | As a vital member of the Indian Hill Exempted Village Schools team, the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of the District’s payroll and benefits operations. Reporting directly to the CFO/Treasurer, this role is responsible for managing payroll processing, benefits administration, and fiscal reporting while upholding the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and service excellence.
