How to Apply for Employment with George County School District (GCSD)

To be considered for employment with GCSD, you must complete an online application. Once submitted, your application will remain active for two school years. If your qualifications align with our needs, we will reach out to you for additional information or to schedule an interview.

Tips for Completing the Frontline Online Application

• Use a computer rather than a mobile device for the best experience.

• An email address is required to complete the application.

• The application can be completed in multiple sessions. You may return to finish it within 25 days without losing your progress.

• The full application will take approximately 30 to 60 minutes to complete.

• Your application will remain “in process” until fully submitted, but the district can still view it in its incomplete state.

• All fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

Reference Requirements

• After entering reference names and emails, you must click "Send Survey" to trigger the reference request email.

• If using pre-existing reference letters, they must be uploaded directly through the Frontline portal.

• Hand-delivered references will not be accepted at the district office.

• Let your references know to look for the survey from this email address: mailbot@applitrack.com, as it may go to their spam/junk folder.

Application Formatting

• Do not use ALL CAPS when entering your responses.

Access to Computers for Completing Applications

If you do not have access to a computer, you may use one at the following locations:

• George County School District Office – One computer is available for public use.

• George County Public Library – Computers are available with a valid library card.

To obtain a free library card, bring a photo ID and proof of local address (such as a utility bill or any official mail). Your card is valid immediately and can be used at any library location. Note: Certain limitations apply to video item usage.
