Job Summary: This position may involve a variety of responsibilities, including crowd supervision, operating scoreboards, announcing events, and ticket sales/taking. Additionally, there may be opportunities to officiate middle school (MS) games or matches. Additional duties may be assigned by the high school (HS) or middle school (MS) activities department as needed. Scheduled Days/Hours: Work hours are scheduled on an as-needed basis, corresponding to the timing of events. Qualifications: The candidate must be available to work evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.

Job Description: Little Falcons seeks to provide the opportunity for Faribault’s elementary school students to gain experience with different sports and activities, in hopes of sparking an interest in future involvement. The Little Falcons Instructional Lead will run youth sports and activity introductory clinics. Most Little Falcons programs run two days per week afterschool or in the evening. Hours will vary.
This grant-funded position will pay $22.63/hour.
Qualifications: Previous experience coaching youth in select sports and activities. Positive, energetic attitude. Experience working with diverse populations.

Job Title: Little Falcons Program Assistant
Job Description: Little Falcons seeks to provide the opportunity for Faribault’s elementary school students to gain experience with different sports and activities, in hopes of sparking an interest in future involvement. Job Title: Summer STEAM Admin Intern Grades 1-12
Job Description: The Summer STEAM Admin Intern(s) will act as an administrator for the Faribault Public Schools Summer STEAM Program to gain experience that will help prepare them to become an administrator in the future. The admin intern(s) will have the opportunity to work with students entering grades 1-12 at our two sites: Jefferson Elementary (grades 1-4) and Faribault High School (grades 5-12). They will also help oversee and collaborate with our Summer STEAM team of teachers, fitness leads, program leads, managers, facilitators, assistants, wellness leads, and multilingual cultural facilitators, as well as our high school summer community school program.
Summer STEAM will run from June 16 through July 31, 2025, Monday - Thursday. On June 19 and July 4, there will be no Summer STEAM. There will be some required training dates for staff during the week of June 9, which will be communicated to all staff once details are finalized. There is no compensation for this internship.

Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher (1.0 FTE) - Roosevelt Elementary School
Job Description: A 1.0 FTE Early Childhood teacher position for Falcon’s Nest Preschool, a Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten site at Roosevelt Elementary School. Qualified candidates will offer a developmentally appropriate learning environment, with the focus on cognitive, social/emotional, language, literacy, and physical/motor development of students. This teacher will also work with classroom paraprofessionals to create a warm welcoming environment for parents and children. The position is 5 days a week from 7:30 AM-3:30 PM. Falcon’s Nest Preschool is a part of the Minnesota Centers of Excellence Pyramid Model. Applicants with knowledge and experience in a multi-tiered system of support for young learners are preferred.
Faribault Public Schools is a rural Pre-K through Adult School District located about 50 miles south of the Twin-Cities. Qualifications: Early Childhood Education License required; ability to work with young children in a team setting required 2+ years experience preferred; experience working with a diverse population and special needs helpful.
