We are presently accepting applications for the following position.
12-MONTH SECRETARY (STUDENT SERVICES)
(CLASS II)
  
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Hold a high school diploma or GED, required
• Associate's degree in a related field, preferred 
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidential information
• Knowledge of Student Services and Special Education documents practices
• Have a minimum of three years of successful experience in a related secretarial or office position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with the Special Education Medicaid Initiative
• Knowledge of student informational systems
• Demonstrate excellent secretarial skills, organizational and filing skills, and the ability to use electronic equipment for data management, information retrieval, visual presentations and telecommunications
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Google Workplace or equivalent software program(s)
• Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents and the community
