3. Ability to develop effective working relationships with children and staff 
4. Ability to perform duties following all childcare requirements and Board of Education policies
5. Experience working with children, preferred
6. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively
7. Demonstrate appropriate telephone etiquette
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality
9. Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with children, staff, administration, and parents including challenging situations
