    •   School Nurse:
    • The Certified School Nurse promotes health and safety in the school environment and provides health services to students, faculty and staff.
    • Assists with the teaching of sound health practices.
    • Must have demonstrated experience in health nursing practice and emergency procedures and knowledge of child growth and development, community and family dynamics, current health issues and wellness education.
    • Knowledge of community health and social services resources and ability to communicate effectively with non-school health professionals and social service agencies.
     

    Hours:

     
    • Full Time; follows the School Calendar. This position also has the benefits.
     

    Education/Experience:

     
    • Valid New Jersey Department of Education School Nurse certification preferred.
    • Registered Nurse required
