Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in human service related fields such as early childhood, education, social work, psychology, healthcare, or equivalent work experience with families and children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish rapport with families and empower them by building on their strengths
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, ability to work independently
• Valid Illinois driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance are required
• At least one year experience working with families and children, or teen parents

Preferred:
• DONA International Certification and previous doula work
• Knowledge of DuPage County resources 
• Parents as Teachers Model
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Salary:  $52,000-$55,000
