    Riddle School District is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Jr./Sr. High School PE / Health Teacher to begin in the 2025-26 school year.

    EMPLOYMENT REWARDS:
    • Competitive salary - $45,674 - $81,963 per year (Based on the 2024-25 salary scale. The 2025-26 salary scale has not yet been negotiated.)

    LOCATION
    Riddle is a community-centered setting situated about 25 miles south of Roseburg against the backdrop of gorgeous mountain views and rivers.  Riddle Jr./Sr. High School is a 7th-12th grade school serving just under 170 students.  We are a team of dedicated professionals focused on providing an outstanding education for our students. 

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Applicants must hold a Current Oregon Teaching License.
    • Desire and ability to work with a team of professional educators in a small/rural school.
    • Familiarity with instructional, assessment, and classroom management strategies that reflect current research and best practices.
    • Experience working with diverse groups of learners.
    • Knowledge and experience with differentiated instruction.
    • Ability to effectively manage and supervise students and engage them in learning.
    • Knowledge of Professional Learning Communities and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills.
    • Standard First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain certification within two months of hire, may be required.
