Position: 7th Grade Math Teacher @ Celina Middle School
Reports To: Building Principal

Celina City Schools is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 7th Grade Math Teacher for Celina Middle School for the 2025-2026 school year. We are looking for a passionate educator who is committed to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting academic excellence in mathematics, while also supporting the school’s vision to challenge, prepare and empower every student to become a lifelong learner who can contribute to the betterment of society. 

*4-9 or 7-12 Math licensure preferred. 

Summary:
Under the general supervision of the School Principal, plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize student learning, employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies to communicate subject matter to students including strategies to meet diverse student needs.

This vital role supports the daily operations of the school by providing administrative assistance to the building principal, staff, students, and families, while helping maintain a positive and efficient school environment.
Responsibilities Include:
• Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors at the middle school office.
• Maintain accurate student records and manage student attendance reporting.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training preferred.
• Prior experience in a school or office setting strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office equipment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced school environment.
• Must pass a BCI/FBI background check and meet all district employment requirements.
