    Description: 
    Paraeducator to work in the classroom setting with an individual student or in a group of students in the Darcey Early Intervention Center.  Experience working with young children is necessary.  Experience assisting with implementation of individual plans is desired.  Personal care and/or lifting may be required.

    Supervised By:
    School principal or his/her designee.

    Qualifications:
    High school diploma.  Two years of higher education preferred.

    Salary:
    In accordance with the Agreement Between Cheshire Board of Education and CSEA/SEIU Local 2001/760 in Behalf of the Cheshire Paraeducators and Lunchroom/Playground Aides. Starting Salary $16.35/hour.  Benefits Available.
