- Maintains payroll notification for all new hires, retirements, resignations, status changes, and extended time.

- Processes all PA Act 168 requests both internal for new hires and external for previous/current employees.

- Updates and maintains required clearance renewals for all District staff and initiates reminders of these renewals for District compliance.

- Develops Personnel part of board or committee meeting agendas.
|
- Prepares all supplemental contracts from appointment log, maintains supplemental databases/files and inputs supplemental data into District software.
|
- Maintains and updates Human Resources Budget and creates purchase orders for any necessary Human Resources purchases.
|
- Maintains monthly HR Newsletter content and distribution.
|
- Maintains compliance with Federal Guidelines for I-9 forms.
|
- Participates with data input during onboarding process using the employee management system.
|
- Maintains accurate personnel data utilizing multiple systems and spreadsheets.
|
- Sorts and delivers incoming mail.
|
- Provides coverage for the receptionist in their absence.
