    Job Description

     

    This position is responsible for providing first level technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software for the users at their respective building.

     

    Required skill set

     

    1. A general technical literacy with the ability to adapt and troubleshoot hardware, software, and other technology related devices.

    2. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     

    1. Assist with installs, updates, and maintenance of staff technology.

    2. Train staff  how to accomplish specific tasks with available technological resources.

    3. Troubleshoot and correct problems on teacher computers and explain the cause of the problem when available to prevent repeated issues.

    4. Quarterly conference call meetings.

     

    Travel and summer hours to be expected.
