Days/Year: 37.5 hours/week; 7.5 hours/day
Compensation: Level 2 Step 1 $17.25 - Level 3 $22.15

Description: We are seeking a dedicated, student-centered educator for the position of Split Level 2/Level 3 Educational Assistant (EA) to support academic growth in small WIN (What I Need) groups. This role also includes assisting students, monitoring behaviors and helping with clean up in the cafeteria daily from 11:00 AM to 12:40 PM. The ideal candidate will engage with students, and provide support during lunchtime and throughout the school as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students in small WIN groups to enhance academic skills.
Assist in managing and supporting student behavior and engagement in the cafeteria.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success.
Hours: 8:45-4:00pm
Qualifications: Need to be highly qualified standards as defined by the State of Minnesota.
