Salary: Following the established BTEA Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Guide ranging from $66,354 to $100,510 (2025-2026)
Benefits: Full- time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription and Dental Benefits. Job Requirements:
Valid New Jersey certification (as per specific position requirements)
Must meet NJ residency requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for teaching, with the ability to connect with students and create a positive learning atmosphere
Required criminal history background check, proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Highly organized and motivated. Self-starter. Ability to work independently.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and demonstrate flexibility.
