Notice of Open Positions:

Aleutians East Borough School District is seeking applicants for 7-12 Science Teacher who will join our dynamic team of teachers and staff as they provide an excellent education to our children. King Cove has a small school that relies on the skills and talents of the staff to help create opportunities for students. Our teachers and staff work cooperatively to help our students flourish in a blended learning envirenment. We are looking to welcome talented educational leaders to be part of our team. 

Community Information:

Our villages are fishing communities, with air service 6 days per week. In addition, the Alaska Marine Highway provides ferry service during spring and summer. Barges provide freight service on a weekly basis from Seattle. Outdoor recreation includes hiking, biking, fishing, whale watching, and hunting. Our schools are the heart of our villages, and are often the meeting place for events and gatherings for out tight knit communities.
