Position Goal: The Dean of Students will assist the building principal and assistant principals in the administration of the building and the supervision of students, as well as support student management while promoting a safe and positive school environment.
Position Qualifications In Addition to Those on the Job Description:
- Knowledge and experience in behavior management
- Knowledge of school law is it relates to student discipline
- 3-5 years of teaching experience
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Commitment to 3 years in the position
