    •   Substituting on an as needed basis for staff who are absent:

    • Assist in the preparation and serving of food, to include the operation of all kitchen equipment.

    • Assist with the setup of the cafeteria and serving lines.

    • Assist in cleanup of utensils, equipment and kitchen area.

    • Assist with restocking and inventory of food supplies.

    • Perform all duties in accordance with defined safety and sanitation standards.

    • Follow approved procedure for collecting meal payments and recording meals by category.

    • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
