Substitute Secretary positions within Saskatoon Public Schools are well suited to individuals who are looking for opportunities to apply their secretarial knowledge and skills at a school level while maintaining a flexible schedule. Secretaries perform word processing tasks with a variety of Microsoft Office products, general reception duties, filing, mail distribution, photocopying, basic accounting, and other related secretarial duties.
Applicants are required to have a Grade 12 or equivalent standing, plus the successful completion of one year of post-secondary education in business education. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Computerized accounting experience will be considered an asset. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
