Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree preferred.
Comparable work experience may be considered to substitute for the degree requirement.
Possess proven prior experience working as an administrative assistant.
Be self-driven, possess excellent initiative, integrity
Possess ability to work effectively and efficiently.

Reports to:
Chief Technology Officer & Director of Buildings & Grounds

SUPERVISES:
Non-supervisory

BARGAINING UNIT:
Unaffiliated

JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To include, but not limited to:
Facilitate various aspects of technology as it relates to onboarding and offboarding staff.
Assist in managing the confidential workflow related to technology and the medical leaves and termination of staff.
Complete in a timely fashion, all records and reports as required by law and regulation
or requested by his/her immediate supervisor.
Protect confidentiality of records within technology and buildings and grounds and
information gained as part of exercising professional duties and use discretion in
sharing such information within legal confines.
