Whiteside ROE Online Application Consortium was formed to offer candidates a single place to apply for a position in multiple districts. The consortium consists of the following districts:

* Riverdale SD #14
* River Bend CUSD #2
* Bi-County Special Education
* Morrison Community Unit School District #6
