Westwood Regional School District is a highly rated and high achieving K-12 school district located in the hub of Bergen County. The district serves approximately 2,800 students in our two elementary schools (K-5) in the Township of Washington and two elementary schools (K-5) in the Borough of Westwood, which come together in our regional middle school (6-8) and high school (9-12). An award winning district, Westwood has earned recognition for its sustainability efforts, music program, clubs and athletics programs, boasts a National Blue Ribbon School, and more. Our teachers and students benefit from an average class size of 22 and a student-teacher ratio of 11:1. We also offer our staff members robust mentoring, professional development, and graduate program support.
