This preference controls the appearance and behavior of the Job Fair Quick Form. This preference can be set through Edit Preferences, on the Setup tab.
1) The "Show the Job Fair Quick Form" checkbox enables the feature. Click the "Show/Hide Options" link to show or hide the options.
2) Email Response Subject: This is the subject of the email sent to the candidate upon submission of the Job Fair Quick Form.
3) Email Message Text: This is the message of the email sent to the candidate upon submission of the Job Fair Quick Form.
4) Automatically Add Referrals to Submissions: This will add the application to the Referral Source(s) listed, separated by semi-colons. The entries here are considered "Referral Sources", but are separate from the list in Recruitment Efforts. The applicant will be presented with a separate list of the Recruitment Efforts with "Show On Job Fair Form" set.
5) Show positions from the following categories: This controls which positions are available for selection on the form.
When the Job Fair Quick Form is enabled, the "Job Fair Quick Form" link is available on the Start links.
Clicking the "Job Fair Quick Form" link opens the Job Fair Quick Form in a new window.
Important items to note on the Job Fair Quick Form are as follows:
1) The prompt for the phone information will be set to the same prompt as the first phone entry on the "(Step 2) Postal Address" page in the application.
2) The position types available are controlled by the checkbox list in the Show positions from the following categories section of the Job Fair Quick Form Preferences.
3) The Recruitment Efforts that have the "Show On Job Fair Form" checkbox checked will show in the Job Fair dropdown. If no Recruitment Efforts have that column checked this section will not appear.
